Summer 2012 I was wondering what my purpose is, and set an intention to spend the rest of my life travelling the world spreading happiness. This based on work in happiness field since 2006. Alongside this, to make it sustainable, I am a multi project manager and offer happiness coaching, strategy mentoring and English training.
One of my passions is EDUCATION and I am steadily moving in that area to create more access to affordable exciting blended learning by combining access to internet based education and a network of fantastic trainers ( under the branding The Learning Street – ” building community based education on the street” ). I had an early experience in Moedling, happiest city on earth, setting up a library and computer room. Vision now is remotely managed popup and permanent learning rooms with access to a lifelong learning portal for members / with a lifelong personal learning mentor for members too.

The AFRICA DAY 2023 is an event in Vienna on 31st January, run by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce
The African continent is a dynamic market with different potential depending on the region, country, industry, niche. For companies considering Africa in their export strategy there are advisors to give guidance on the opportunities.
For questions about entering the African market, and on what financing and support options are available - The AFRICA DAY 2023 offers the ideal platform for this.
There are Austrian business delegates in Africa (Algiers, Casablanca, Cairo, Lagos, Nairobi, Johannesburg), and the event gives the opportunity to network with numerous companies in Africa (virtually) and Austria (in person).
Jan 31 - The event takes place as part of the internationalization campaign go-international, a joint initiative of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labor and Economics and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
( note, Vienna Hub has been working with some African organisations to prepare for this event, both in terms of having pitch decks ready for suitable Austrian or European investors, and in presenting some well connected members as additional guides for companies wishing to do business in Africa or between African countries )
We now have three texts regarding womens empowerment, one from Ilvie Little, one from Happy, and one from Your Passport 2 Grow, and are planning small group reading circles to explore and discuss the words and meaning. Think of it as an English training, a learning session, an inspiring and motivating break from the norm.
Looking at a small number of venues, a small number of Cafe DEnglish members, and a huge impact.
As well as in Vienna, we are working with small education projects in a number of other locations to deliver this, more on that later...
Attending Digital Cities event today, drew my intention for digitally twinning Mödling ( Happiest City on Earth ) Kakuma Camp and Nakivale Camp as the 24th, 25th, 26th districts of Vienna so that their citizens get all that we get here in Vienna..

Present means a Learning Space of some 25-50m2 - with seats for 12, art on the walls , fast internet , and in the 50m2 ones, bunks at the rear for the 12 to sleep in a safe space, with co-working and co-learning in the front, ( very much like in fact "the learning machine" in Chicago, )

T4 are creating quite a movement - In the first 24 hours of announcing the Top 3 finalists for the World's Best School Prizes we have seen 374 news articles celebrating our schools all around the world reaching over 1 billion people. Like (a) piece highlighting the amazing work of Green School Bali in Indonesia's biggest newspaper. #transformingeducation #strongschools
I am connecting with small and large school projects in Africa and elsewhere ( Pakistan, Nepal ) where there is a crying need for finance. I am keen to become a "trusted partner" for investors who would be keen to support such projects if they trusted their money would be well spent. My intention is that by showing a track record of personal time and effort with results, the investors could speed the growth of some great people with big hearts doing great things in education. One early friend I found was Santigie in Freetown, featured in the slide here.
I am also interested to form links between such schools, so that the kids connecting and their parents feel interested to support some better internet access for their friends abroad, and I believe and have seen that this micro finance can add real value fast. An internet connection is far easier, faster and cheaper to instal than a new school building. Some projects seem hampered ( and tie up their founders energies) by needing investment for the buildings rather than simply teaching under the trees...
Juliet I sat with in Vienna one Saturday on a drumming course. We were "so good" that we were not allowed to graduate onto drums, all of us, merely slapping our knees and cicking our fingers.... :-)

It has been proposed to hold a Global Summit, now Global Gathering, for People with Passion in Vienna March 2023 ( 13th to 17th, with weekend before and after for travel and leisure ) bringing together 43 members from around the world to pair up with 43 here in Vienna for some days of business and social networking, and, we hope, a lot of fun. "Wildest dream", 526 Creative Circles of 12 people take part in 526 cities around the Vienna Hub. 2023 should lay the foundation for follow on events in 2024 and 2025.

Vienna Hub in Vienna is working on the Agenda below, and people are welcome to take part either remotely or to join in Vienna. Here we are working on "creating the space", of as much value to as many people as possible. Vienna Happiness Project “spreading happiness” - Build a network of 527 Chief Happiness Officers in schools and companies by end 2023, who promote happiness using tools such as the Action for Happiness Toolkit for Schools, Happy Cafes in cafeterias, and The Happy Manifesto.
Vienna Hub “connecting people with passion”. Create a network of Creative Circles where everyone has a sense of belonging, in a group of 12 friendly supportive like minded people, 6 locally & 6 globally, people with a growth mindset, open mind and open heart.
