Attending Digital Cities event today, drew my intention for digitally twinning Mödling ( Happiest City on Earth ) Kakuma Camp and Nakivale Camp as the 24th, 25th, 26th districts of Vienna so that their citizens get all that we get here in Vienna..

SMART Goal for 2024 - ( the above, measurable )

The image above is part of it, the intention is to have Vienna Hub, Vienna Happiness Project, The Learning Street present in 527 cities reaching 72% of the worlds population. Present means a Learning Space of some 25-50m2 - with seats for 12, art on the walls , fast internet , and in the 50m2 ones, bunks at the rear for the 12 to sleep in a safe space, with co-working and co-learning in the front, ( very much like in fact "the learning machine" in Chicago, )
