3 day “praktikum” with SMART Academy for young people seeking lehrling position,
but not sure what sector suits best

Visit 6 host companies for half a day, hear about their company and do some group exercises
to find out more, in order to make a better informed decision. Company hosts, assisted perhaps
by a recent retiree.

12 young people, 6 Austrians and 6 migrants. 2 coach/faciltators from SMART/Vienna Hub.
Potentially 6 recent retirees or past employees travel with group
