Wir freuen uns mitteilen zu dürfen, dass der ASKÖ WAT Wien 2023 bereits zum 14. Mal vom 9. August bis 31. August mit der Aktion SPORT.PLATZ Wien durch Wien tourt.

Wir ersuchen euch um Weiterleitung der Information an eure Vereins-Mitglieder und alle Sportinteressierten.

Mehr Bewegung, mehr Vereine, mehr Möglichkeiten

Unter dem neuen Motto „Mehr Bewegung, mehr Vereine, mehr Möglichkeiten“ wird es 10 sportliche Events für alle Altersgruppen geben.
An jedem Termin erwarten euch von 16-19 Uhr auf der Bühne Yoga, Tanzfitness und Hula-Hoop, während unsere Mitgliedsvereine ihre Sportarten zum Ausprobieren anbieten.  
An allen 10 Tagen gibt es auch sportliches Kinderprogramm mit professionellen Übungsleiter:innen, damit die ganze Familie gemeinsam sporteln kann.

Kick-off

Der große Auftakt findet am 09.08.2023 am Rathausplatz vor der Bühne des Filmfestivals statt, wo es neben mitreißenden Trampolin- und Cheerleading-Shows, vor allem viel Bewegung geben wird.
Sport.Platz Wien Legende Alamande Belfor wird euch mit seinen flotten Dance Moves ins Schwitzen bringen! 

 

Wir laden euch herzlich ein, Teil dieser zehn einzigartigen Bewegungsfeste zu sein und bedanken uns bei allen Vereinen und Trainer:innen, die bereits jetzt Teil des Programmes sind.

Sport - Basketball

update Nov 8th

Looking to link 12 of Lich's players to 12 players in another club, or to 12 interested people in setting up Micro Academies in Basketball Clubs along the Burgenland/Austria model at Mattersburg Football Academy 

Lich suggested 11am on 11th Novemnber for a zoom call, which resulted in this Eventbrite invitation, and thoughts on adding some more locations and teams at different times on that day.

Ideally this leads to 12 players at Lichs club connecting to 12 players in 11 other clubs, and at some time all 144 meet together in Happyland

We are currently promoting his art, and playing with a poster for the Afrika Tage event in Vienna, Starting 11 August to 28 August. We plan #AdventureDiningVienna on each of the Mondays through the event, aiming to get 144 kids "Learning by Eating" on each of thise days.

Basketball

.... spurred on by contact with Lich at Global Refugee Basketball, and then Mathias, with inspiration from Debby, we are looking at a kids basketball focussed event in Auer Welsbach Park along with Lou and her Saturday Morning Park sessions .
