I am a professional salesperson.
I believe sales training is an excellent investment, and I very am fortunate to have received some of the very best.
I have some tips for people looking for help in sales and marketing... One of the best books I have seen is Tom Hopkins - How to Master the Art of Selling - I have two copies ( in case I lose one )
( and I just see he has a website as well, I must explore that, and he has some great quotes . Gosh - I have just found him on youtube too !!, and some tips here )
I also, more recently got into Jeffrey Gitomer - Little Green Book of Getting Your Way , and some of his online stuff too.
