Vienna Hub at Regus Nineteen in 2020

A 12 month program of themed gatherings at Regus Nineteen in Vienna, or online during lockdown.

Jan &Feb were at Regus, Education and China themes

Since then has been online, with varying success... Logical incrementalism suggests

July 30th should be the best so far.

Some of you have kindly asked me what I expect or hope for from you as a host and

thats a great question, I shall try and address here prior to further information should

you require it

We are leading towards having 12 hosts each month, with one or more small and

shortish group meetings in a. room, around a table, or in a zoom type online space

The hosts are profiled in the agenda and handout thus blatently blowing their own

trumpet and sharing their passion and can include a call to action for all readers.

A.Nigel as new host joins the zoom room on 30th July at 4 to 4.15 to see the room.

and say Hi.

B. At 4.30 Nigel joins one of the 4.30 sessions as a guest, with a host, lets say Nigel ii,

in a unique zoom room with gated entry. One that people can hop to easily from the

program.

The room has 3-6 active pre- booked guests and some silent observers, Once the

active guests are timely settled, Nigel introduces himself with his current elevator presentation , 30 to 40 seconds and takes a question if it arises.

He then invites the Guests - lets say Sabine, Erik, Kevin, Mike, Vibha, Caroline, to

introduce themselves, typically 3 will be familiar to the process and 3 will be

newcomers - to present themselves in 30-40 seconds ( recallikng that people have

already seen their slide/s in program ) to “share energy”. A rapid question or two

follows, guided then the next person ( This session again allows you to blow your

trumpet, to both active and passive guests, and perhaps on video later to current

and future Vienna Hub Members and more - it is pure promotion of people with

passion )

C at 4.45 ( or 5, or 5.15 ) Nigel takes his place in his own zoom room and welcomes

the pre-booked guests who have booked to join any session or his session.

Then Nigel runs a session similar to the one he sat in immediately before.

After this , one or more sessions could follow hosted by Nigel to reach or include

more people ..
